Znalytics - The Competitive Advantage



ATLANTA – As 2017 comes to a close, we take a look back at a year that saw several firsts, notable achievements, and continued growth.

This year saw a number of accomplishments for Znalytics.  In April, the company signed its first client for its new Retail Energy Suite which included the latest version of their flagship CIS software, Energy Operations System (EOS).  Within a few months, the company was in production.  The launch of the first Japan client market the company’s international expansion.  The company quickly expanded its client list in North America and Japan, reaching a dozen clients by the end of the year.  The company now supports more than 50 markets worldwide.  Reflecting on the year, CEO Mari Reddy shared “Our development, product, and sales team have exceeded our goals for 2017, and we carry that momentum into 2018 with even higher aspirations.”

The products offered by Znalytics have seen impressive growth as well.  In addition to the energy suite, which includes EOS, Commodity Management System (CMS), and Advance Data Management (ADM),  the development team launched new versions of their broker portal, pricing engine, customer portal, and enrollment portals.  A new mobile app for enrollment was finalized and will enter live testing in the new year.  All of the new products integrate seamlessly with the Retail Energy Suite.  “Introducing these new products helps us accomplish our goal of giving our clients an end-to-end solution for their business.” stated Jennifer Moore, VP of Client Services.
